One day while Jordan and I were spending some time together she brought up her facial palsy and the possibility of going back to Boston to see Dr. Hadlock to see if there are any other options available to her. Well, as a Mom you all know I immediately started getting the wheels in motion! After a 3 year break of NO surgery's and very few MD appointment's she is ready to open this door again. It is so hard to believe that is has been 3yrs since we were last in Boston to see Dr. Hadlock and Jordan had the 2nd part of the facial surgery. While there was some good results, the outcome was not what we had hoped for. The facial palsy is still present. So, tomorrow Jordan, Cory, and myself will travel to Boston. On Tuesday Jordan will see her for a follow up appointment to see if there are any other options available and go from there. We are very hopeful and hope to have a little fun while we are there!
Jordan also saw Dr. Bradley last week for her yearly eye exam and she brought up the possibility of Jordan going to Duke to see an eye specialist there. While she has brought this up several times before, Jordan has always said no. This time she said YES and it brought this Mom to tears! So, the wheels are in motion to get this approved with the insurance to travel there to see him regarding her eye. Pray that this approved and for an appointment date/time quickly!
